More than 1200 homes in Hailsham have experienced another power cut this afternoon (Wednesday).
Homes across the town reported the outage around 16:30 – it is expected to be fixed by 8pm this evening.
UK Power Networks have said: “An underground electricity cable faulted on our high voltage network, causing an area wide power cut.”
Over 400 homes suffered a power cut just a few days ago (Monday).
