Firefighters in Hailsham are asking local children to help give some colour to the local station during the lockdown period.
The appeal is calling for rainbow drawings to support the NHS, ambulance staff and care workers which will be pinned to the station’s big bay door.
The appeal said; “Parents if your children are interested then please where possible can they be done on A4 paper, you can deliver them at any time by posting them through the fire station green delivery box that is situated in the rear car park of the fire station.”
All pictures will be displayed and rotated to ensure all are displayed with regular updates posted.
