SHOPPERS are unable to park at the Beacon Shopping Centre today (Thursday) as surveyors assess the house which was hit by an electric Audi.
The driver of the Audi GT and two occupants of the house in Tideswell Road, Eastbourne, suffered minor injuries after the car smashed through the side of the home last night.
A Sussex Police spokesperson commented: “It is anticipated the road will be closed for some time whilst building surveyors assess the damage caused.
Members of the public are unable to park in The Beacon shopping centre car park, at this time, and are asked to avoid the area.”
