A new collection of homes under construction at a housing development in Hailsham have sold out just three months after they were released for sale, according to the developer.
Bellway is building 17 homes in the second phase at Pelham Place, Amberstone, including nine two and three-bedroom houses for private sale and eight affordable homes available for local people through rent or shared ownership.
Mark Harrop, Sales Director for Bellway Kent, said: “The second phase of development at Pelham Place is part of Bellway’s wider scheme in Hailsham and has sold fast.
“This is no surprise as these are all elegant Artisan Collection homes, which is Bellway’s flagship range of new homes, and Hailsham is a sought-after location in East Sussex that appeals to both families and professionals.
Bellway has already built 104 new homes in phase one at Pelham Place, with a final selection of homes available to buy including two, three and four-bedroom houses.
Mark said: “The last homes to be released for sale at Pelham Place will be the two beautiful showhomes, both of which are perfect for families and people looking for extra space.
Pelham Place is part of a wider scheme of 480 new homes in the Hellingly Green consortium development in Hailsham.
