The Post Office has announced a new branch in North Hailsham will be fully open from 20th March.
Located in Hawkswood Road, the new Post Office will be known as ‘Hawkswood Newstore’ and will offer more than a hundred hours a week of opening time.
The previous branch closed temporarily in September 2017 when the Postmaster resigned.
Meanwhile, work is still underway to re-open a Post Office in the town centre of Hailsham. The Town Council recently won the franchise to operate the branch but there’s no estimated time for when it will be open to the public at the new location at 10 High Street.
