POLICE were called to the A22 at Arlington Roundabout in Hailsham this morning (20 January) following a collision involving two vehicles.
It happened at the Eagles Roundabout around 9:40am.
One driver was taken to hospital with injuries sustained in the crash. The other driver, a 26-year-old man, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of being unfit to drive through drink or drugs.

He was also taken to hospital as a precaution for medical checks.
Enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the collision are ongoing.
