EMERGENCY services were called to Eastbourne following a motorbike crashed with a car.
The incident happened this morning (April 8) at about 10.30am in Meads Street and Darley Road.
The motorcyclist was airlifted to Royal Sussex County Hospital.
The road was closed but has now reopened.
