The HOVE home of Pink Floyd guitarist and singer David Gilmour is still up for sale more than a year after being put on the market.
Medina House was extensively rebuilt on the seafront and despite its market price being reduced to £10 million, it remains unsolved.

Mr Gilmour, one of the world’s most renowned guitarist, is one of Britain’s most successful and wealthy musicians.
He has been involved in some of the band’s most accomplished albums as well as enjoying a hugely-successful solo career.
Although Pink Floyd are no longer active, the band continues to sell records each year by the millions on both sides of the Atlantic.
Indeed, their most famous and successful album, Dark Side of the Moon remains in the vinyl album charts to this day.
Mr Gilmour is married to novelist Polly Samson.
