Prince Harry will attend King’s Coronation on his own

Date:

The Duke of Sussex will attend the King’s Coronation, however his wife Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, will not be present.

Two thousand guests have been invited to the historic event at Westminster Abbey on May 6.

Harry, along with Prince Andrew, will not make an appearance at Buckingham Palace’s balcony during the coronation as it is reserved for working royals.

It is unknown if Harry would have any roles at the coronation.

During the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, Harry and Meghan were barred from standing at the Buckingham Palace balcony.

Previously, there were speculations whether the Sussexes would attend the coronation.

Last month the couple Christened their daughter, Lilibet, as princess at their home in Los Angeles.

Harry published his controversial memoir, Spare, earlier this year.

In the book, the Duke of Sussex talks about his life as a royal and his relationship with his father and his brother William, the Prince of Wales.
