Second Hailsham restaurant closes doors to business within days

Date:

ANOTHER venue in Hailsham has announced it will no longer trade in the town just days after the closure of B12 Bar and Kitchen.

The Spot, located on George Street, opened in September last year, after the previous restaurant located in the same shop, Ribs and Co, also announced it would no longer open for customers.

It became popular quickly for its breakfast, brunch and dinner menus, but it announced on Facebook: “Unfortunately, we have had to close our doors. This is not easy, we’ve had a blast these past few months but all good things must come to an end.

We just wanted to thank everyone who has supported us, and to our wonderful staff, thank you for making it a great place to work.”

The announcement comes just days after B12 Bar and Kitchen, based on the High Street revealed it had closed its doors for the last time, due to ever-increasing costs.
