Second suspect arrested in connection with fatal hit-and-run in Hastings

A second suspect has been arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run in Hastings on May 5.

Jordan Stillwell, 22, and 20-year-old Reuben Nelson, who was also arrested after being circulated as wanted, have been bailed with strict conditions as the investigation continues.

The family of the victim, 65-year-old local man Russell Ward, paid tribute to him on the two-month anniversary of his death.
