Police have closed a road in Hailsham following a serious incident this afternoon (Monday).
Witnesses reported a large gang causing disruption near to the shops in Hawkswood Road.
The road was closed around 6pm whilst investigations take place in the area.
Hailsham News has contacted Sussex Police and is waiting for a response regarding the incident. We will bring you more information when we have it.
Update 22:05. Scene Of Crime Officers (SOCO) have arrived at the incident for investigation work.
